Florida Pallet Supply is the go-to pallet supplier for Publix vendors throughout Florida. Supplier qualification letters, prior-use attestation, and food-grade sourcing documentation available for audit files.
Get Publix-Compliant Quote →Publix's GreenWise and organic private label suppliers face additional restrictions. USDA National Organic Program (NOP) regulations prohibit the use of methyl bromide fumigated pallets in organic supply chains. For GreenWise and organic Publix vendors:
Publix requires GMA 48x40 pallets meeting Grade A condition standards: 2,800 lb dynamic load capacity, no broken or missing boards, no protruding nails, and clean condition appropriate for food use. Publix does not require CHEP specifically - Grade A GMA white pallets meet the standard. Food safety documentation (pallet supplier qualification) is required for suppliers under GFSI food safety programs.
Florida Pallet Supply is positioned as the primary pallet supplier for Publix vendors throughout Florida. We deliver to all five Publix DC catchment areas (Lakeland, Jacksonville, Miami, Boynton Beach, Deerfield Beach) and to supplier facilities throughout all 67 Florida counties. We provide food-grade Grade A GMA pallets with supplier qualification documentation for food safety audit files.
Publix does not require new pallets for all supplier shipments. Grade A recycled GMA pallets that are clean and in good condition meet Publix's standard for most grocery categories. New pallets are required for direct food contact applications and are strongly preferred for organic (GreenWise) categories. Confirm your specific requirement with your Publix buyer if uncertain.
