Wooden pallets used in international shipments departing any US port, including PortMiami, must be ISPM-15 compliant if the destination country requires it. Most countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia require it. Pallets used only for domestic cargo do not require heat treatment. When in doubt, use HT pallets - the compliance cost is far lower than the cost of a rejected shipment.
Florida Pallet Supply maintains Miami-Dade warehouse stock. For standard HT GMA orders under 200 pallets, same-day delivery to port warehouses and CFS facilities is available for orders placed before 10 AM. For larger volumes, next-day delivery is standard. Rush same-day delivery for afternoon orders may be available - contact us directly.
Each pallet carries the physical IPPC mark with US country code, our ALSC producer number, and HT treatment designation. On request, we provide a Certificate of Heat Treatment, batch/lot traceability records, and treatment facility certification for your customs or compliance files. Some airlines and port operators require documentation on file - we can provide it in advance.
Yes. Florida Pallet Supply regularly delivers to freight forwarders, consolidators, NVOCCs, and CFS (Container Freight Station) operators throughout Miami-Dade. We can deliver to your stuffing location, your client's warehouse, or a nominated CFS - wherever the cargo is being loaded. Account terms are available for established freight forwarders with regular volume.
Yes. Beyond GMA 48x40, we stock 42x42 (chemical drums), 48x48 (large machinery), and can source other sizes. Block pallets in various sizes are available for cargo that requires 4-way entry. For specialized requirements like racking in overseas warehouses or specific importer requirements, let us know the destination country's specs and we will match them.
